Due to the recent flooding to the Des Moines Water Works Park, the 2010 Iowa Latino Heritage Festival is moving to a new drier location, the Southridge Mall parking lot.

The festival will be held inside the Southridge Mall parking lot which is located on the corner of East Army Post Rd. and SE 14th St.
