Volunteers are the heart of the Iowa Latino Heritage Festival. Whether you're a student earning service hours, an individual looking to give back, or part of a company or organization committed to community service, we'd love to have you on our team.
Volunteer opportunities include a variety of roles, from welcoming guests and assisting with children's activities to supporting cultural exhibits, entrances, the beverage garden, event setup and teardown, and more. Every role plays an important part in creating a memorable festival experience.
As a volunteer, you'll receive free festival admission, complimentary parking at the Nationwide parking ramp, and an official volunteer T-shirt.
Sign up schedule for volunteers for the 2026 Festival will start in July 1st 2025.
VOLUNTEER AS A GROUP
Looking for a team-building opportunity? We welcome volunteer groups from businesses, schools, fraternities and sororities, clubs, faith organizations, and other community groups.
Let us know you'd like to serve together, and we'll do our best to assign your group to the same volunteer area. We also encourage groups to wear their company or organization shirts while volunteering.
